All dishes washed, dried and put away. Clean sinks and counters. Wipe down the stove and microwave.

Refrigerators emptied and any leftovers thrown out or packed away

Any used dirty rags placed in washer (You do not have to run the washer)

Unplug coffee maker 

Garbage taken out to bin in parking lot

Sweep floors

Living Room/back bar

Refrigerator cleaned out

Garbage taken out to bin in parking lot

Make sure Roku remote is on center table and Roku is plugged into TV

Dining Room/Great Room

Please make sure no food is on floors/tables

Wipe down all tables and floors

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Pillow cases as well as fitted/top sheets stripped and pile made at top of stairs

Garbage disposed of and taken out to bin in parking lot

Additional Reminders

Make sure all windows are closed, all lights are turned off and all doors to the outside are locked upon departure.

Please flush all toilets.
